Raiffeisen Bank

Into the granary

Things were starting to become a bit too crowded, when the Raiffeisen Bank in Mengkofen, Germany, decided to expand the offices by incorporating the adjacent, former granary. High above the new, connecting staircase, a VELUX ridgelight solution was installed to ensure plenty of daylight and ventilation. The sleek modules also form a nice, modern response to the timber frame and exposed masonry of the old building.
